Only restaurants that have obtained the “Silesian Flavors” certificate, confirming the quality of their dishes and their regional authenticity, can become members of the trail. The restaurants on the trail serve over 100 regional dishes
from Silesian, Beskid, and Jura cuisines. Their traditional flavor and preparation methods are guaranteed by the “Silesian Flavors” certificate.
